Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

2. Product Condition

Returned items must be new and unused, in their original condition and packaging.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible items within the same 14-day window.

4. Return Method & Costs

Returns are made by mail. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. There is no restocking fee.

5. How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, email us at sales@nascarracingtools.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away and we will make it right.
